Description

                Measuring nearly three feet long, this pit viper lies in wait for prey,
                its yellow-brown is overlaid with a series of irregularly-shaped lateral
                blotches that are bordered with black have lighter centers.  The triangular
                head of this snake is dark brown with beige sides, its long black tongue
                flicks out to scent the air every so often.
